  • 13 percent of the U.S. population speaks Spanish at home.

  • In 2020, the total economic output from U.S. Latinos was almost $2.8 trillion, and showed rapid growth from 2010 to 2020.

  • As of 2022, U.S. Latinos collective buying power was approximately $1.72 trillion.

  • Spanish was the home language of 3.9 million English Learner (EL) public school students in Fall 2019 in the U.S.

  • 💡This makes up 75.7 percent of all EL students and 7.9 percent of all public school students
